I like the friendly service technicians and the fact that the carpet doesn't smell like chemicals after cleaning.

Completely removed all kid stains in my bedroom that I had no faith could be removed. I just figured whatever did come up would be better than it was before. Also my vacuum wasn't working well. Not only was it not an issue but I got some helpful advice on my machine. I was definitely very pleased.

We love the young man that cleaned our carpet. He was so professional and patient. He was just a nice person. I hope we didn't delay him just talking about our new grandson. Great job on the cleaning.Mike was great, hope to see him again in the future.

Your technician was able to remove stains I though never would come out. He was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Finally and most important my 12 year old carpet looks almost brand new even with raising our kids and 3 dogs on it!!

Very thorough - looks great! There is one area, though, that I can still smell the urine stain from my dog and I did pay for the pet treatment, so I am a little disappointed about that. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Your product is good because you dont use harsh chemicals on the carpet. With that said, the carpet doesnt have that crunchy hard feel to it.

The technicians arrived at the very beginning of my estimated time frame, and they were very efficient and helpful. They got all of my carpets looking like new!
