After I had my carpets stretched and re-tacked by Albert (ZeroRez), Matt came that afternoon to clean it. He surveyed the 3 rooms that I was having cleaned, and took the time to explain the cleaning process and materials. It took about 1 1/2 hours to do all three rooms, and all I can say is I have NEW carpet again!! I could not believe how clean and new my carpet looked!! I was thinking about actually "replacing" my carpet, but Albert and Matt did such a thorough job, that I'm good for another 10 years or so as long as ZeroRez is in the picture. Thanks ZeroRez!!

Albert (Carpet Tech) was absolutely wonderful! He and his apprentice were very professional and friendly, and took the time to explain to me the process of stretching and re-tacking my carpet. When they were done, it looked absolutely fantastic - the ripples and waves were totally gone!! All I can say is "Whoo Hoo!" Thanks ZeroRez!!

We have two very active dogs who run in and out of their doggie door from the back yard into a carpetted room. Two years worth of red clay stains are now gone. The carpet looks new again.

I like how when Michael was finished, the place didnt smell bad, it actually smelled really good! I also like how courteous and friendly the technician (Michael) was. Unlike people I dealt with in the past, he explained exactly what he was doing and it really didnt take long at all.

Albert and partner did a great job basically re-installing the carpet in the Den...looks like new....The cleaning or the carpets was done very professionally...they have been down quite awhile. the are very clean, too smell and touch.

Technician wasn't looking for ways to upsell. In addition, when he noticed we had a dog, he didn't try to upcharge and say the house would smell like a wet dog. Price was as stated. Zerorez did the best carpet cleaning job and carpets weren't soaked and didn't take long to dry!
