I like that a tech came to my house a 2nd time to get rid of the stains that didn't come out the 1st time.
Bobby was there on time, explained the process very clearly and did a completely thorough job. He even got out the three dog urine stains! I am most interested to see if the carpet stays cleaner longer than it does with conventional carpet cleaners. It certainly dried quicker and wasn't crunchy like it was with our last carpet cleaner.

Andrew was friendly, also extremely effcient and performed a minor miracle on our carpets. I was always advised about time of arrival.
We had our dryer vent cleaned. He showed up w/in the time window I was given, wore paper covers on shoes (w/out having to be asked), got the job done after explaining what he was going to do, and cleaned up when finished. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!
