Practicality
You have a no-nonsense approach to training.
The realism of the training - the intensity simulates a real life attack and therefore makes it easier to respond with that same intensity in the future. After my first session, I found myself going through the moves in my head, refining them and practicing them mentally.
The Online Payment system is very convenient. I have found the instructors to be excellent at conveying the essence of Krav maga and helping beginners develop the required style for the technique. I like the E-mail communications from the IDF team as we are informed of any special offers or events.

Effective Training
I always reccomend people to do Krav Maga.. even just to keep fit. Its the only way to learn how to protect yourself. Its "tachliss".
The instructor was very experienced and knowledgeable.

If I were the leader of the free world I would want Lior by my right side alas I'm just a grey haired gent with a broken toe who is very keen to learn more about self defence and how to protect my loved ones is a very volatile world which if becoming more unsafe due to the evil extremists who use there God as a shield for hatred and there own power trip at the expense of innocence. There cowardice and pursuit of terror on defenceless peaceful nations is gut wrenching and we must all stand together with the support of good people from every race,colour & religion and I believe let them leave our county of peace & harmony go fight in foreign lands with the militants but revoke there passports and cleanse our nation of there hatred and teachings .
Seize there assets and funds go to victims of there crimes

It's a no bs system, everything we learned works on reality, I know this because I tried it on someone, and then the reverse.
The team is friendly, the club is clean and set out perfectly for professional training! I believe it was an accurate example of a real life situation.

I've loved the training with you so far and have recommended you to others already. Benji and Lior have both been amazing instructors, some of the best I've ever trained with anywhere. I've only gone to a couple of classes with the other instructors you've had down there for Krav, but definitely notice the experience difference with Benji and Lior. Please keep up the awesome instructors and friendly atmosphere in the club :)
