I love the flexibility with IDF training, and especially the dedicated training staff. I have found that the amount of classes offered makes it easy to attend, as there are many different times available to fit in with my own personal schedule.
Excellent and professional staff
Trainers help with correcting technique in classes, circuit involves exercises I don't normally do, and the training on the mats is something different to other gyms.
Friendly, funny and welcoming
Customer service is attentive and timely. I will highly recommend the IDF Training to my friends. However, it will be great to let us know if classes are cancelled on the day, via email or txt. Few times my daughters, First name removed and Corenne Last name removed, walked to the gym,only to be told that the class was cancelled.

Josh is a great trainer. I learnt a lot in a hour personal training session. I will highly recommend IDF to all of my family and friends who are interested in Krav Maga or any other martial art training. I loved every minute of it. I want to become a Krav Maga instructor and I know that I'm in the best place to achieve my goal. I can't wait for my next private lesson.
