All of the new procedures in the studio helped me feel comfortable and safe, and it was SOOOO good to be back LIVE and IN PERSON!

The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The instructors cue the class in a smooth way. I enjoy the pose transitions. The studios are clean and the studios are properly acknowledging and maintaining CDCguideliness.

Felt very safe and great to get back to corepower sculpt. I love heated classes but I was worried about working out in the mask in the heat but the room was not as hot and humid as it normally is which helped. Great first experience going back to sculpt after Covid.

Upon arrival and to my surprise we were notified that our class was free. Thank you. The environment was welcoming and clean. Parking was very easy to locate. The reception staff was very informative- specifically giving us the lay out of where the facilities were located. The class itself was paced and sequenced well. I'm a yoga teacher myself so I could see the thoughtfulness in the flow.

Elizabeth and Claudia were great in the beginners Core 1 class. I’m fairly new to yoga and live in the area. I loved the classes. They both had grrat energy and vastly different playlists. Going through the motions with varying lights and sounds, same movement was enlightening.

Once my free week is up I will be back for at least a weekly zin moment.

The location is very convenient, which makes it easy to get to the classes that fit my schedule.

Most importantly, the instructors are excellent! They put together great classes and always keep me inspired.

In fact, just yesterday I attended the 6:30am C2 class with Matt and it was one of his best classes yet. The sequence was challenging but not overwhelming. Being able to attend that course before heading to work made my entire day so much better.

- Great teaching of poses and variations. (But I would recommend going a little slower based on a given class. I noticed the next pose is being called out before most have even reached the previous one to two poses).
- Friendly and courteous staff members.
- Clean locker rooms and studios.

I love corepower! Your schedule is great, and what makes you unique is that you offer 60-minute yoga classes (instead of 75 or 90 minutes) and your C2 heated yoga is perfect for those of us who want to sweat but don't want the full bikram experience. Thank you!

Very friendly associates, clean location.

Hot yoga classes! Good teachers and clean. Nice community. The only downside is parking can be challenging— even the garage gets filled quickly and because the door often locks at the start of class, there are times that I have not been able to go to class even being only a minute late. That has deterred me from attending when I don’t have a lot of lead time to look for parking.

I am feeling parts of my body I haven’t felt in years. Great workout but I feel the name of the company/studio is deceiving. The class I took had no yoga involved in it. When I think of yoga, I feel it involves meditating and stretching.

The coach was a great guide and was also very friendly and relaxing. I usually do the hotter classes but this one was a great way to stretch and perfect the different moves while not slipping everywhere in your own sweat.

Teacher and location were both great, with ample parking and a welcoming atmosphere.

Arrived a few minutes before class as directed, and the staff were very friendly and calming (helped to sent the tone prior to my C2 class). The instructor, Ashley lead me back to the locker rooms to get me situated, and showed me the studio class was going to be in. Although the locker room is a little small, the facilities were extremely clean. The class was great, and I will definitely be back for more classes! I highly recommend this studio or just trying out Corepower if you are on the fence. Such a great group of people, and felt completely relaxed after leaving class.

great workout, instructors address varying fitness levels with no judgement. easy to get into the classes and the schedule offers a wide variety of classes to meet my needs.

As someone who isn’t as experienced in their practice, the classes have been not at all intimidating regardless of the level of skill amongst attendees. Classes are fun, the music is great and I feel awesome after each class.

Experienced instructors that are motivating, positive, and push you! Challenging classes that make me feel stronger every time!
