The studio was very clean and COVID precautions appeared to be in place. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They explained the check in process to me and assisted me in picking a spot for the class. The teacher explained things well and the class was easy to follow. When I left, they thanked me for coming.

After being out of the studio for well over a year and a half due to the pandemic, it was nice to feel welcomed back by CPY. CPY has helped me enjoy yoga as my main fitness activity and it feels great to be back. The instructors' encouragement helps me focus and work on gaining my strength back.

A sense of community

I love the classes and the instructors here. Core Power is my favorite yoga that is offered, the setting, the heat and instructors really make this studio the best.

Great studio. Instructors are knowledgable. Flows are hard and interesting.

I really like the kindness of the teachers and their routines. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the studio was crowded and I didn’t feel comfortable in one of the classes. With the virus still out there, I prefer the classes in which you have more distance between the students.
