I like the locks available to use in the locker room. The studio is a little smaller, but usually not over packed which I appreciate.

Great class & teacher

Core power has been amazing. Although I’m new to the practice and have only taken four classes, i have thoroughly enjoyed each minute on the mat.

The instructors and community have all been extremely welcoming, friendly, and have made the workouts enjoyable. I’ve never had more fun exercising and my body feels less stressed, more flexible, and stronger. I can’t wait to see what lies ahead as I further my commitment to my body and this practice with core power!

I went to my first Yoga Sculpt class last week. It was a tough class but I really enjoyed it. The staff was very welcoming.

Instructors keep routines cresh

Everything! I love the instructors and the classes. They are challenging but always leave you feeling so good at the end, and the instructors are always so caring and positive.

The Pentagon City studio might in fact be my favorite—the staff, the classes, the set up and warmth almost cant be matched.

LOVED class with Kirby. It was my first class back since a severe arm injury almost 2 years ago and the class environment made me feel so comfortable with taking the modifications I needed. The heat felt great as well!

The classes are varied and challenging. I love that I can choose a class for however I am feeling or planning to train that day. And staff has been hopeful.

Was welcomed by the sweetest squad at the front desk- for some reason my booking wasn’t showing up and I brought my boyfriend as a walk in. They were quick to get us both taken care of, and we had the most incredible class with Bernice. HPF was exactly as described, and I loved how there were short holds for poses but no judgement if it was too long/you were always prepped with options for increasing difficulty or scaling back. Having only ever done sculpt, I’l absolutely be back for HPF at this location, we will my boyfriend. We loved it!!!

Chelsea is an excellent instructor!

Overall, it is very pleasant yet challenging workout, very calming and soothing too aka good for your body and mind. Really enjoying the way the Prntagon City studio is run, very clean and aesthetic, makes you feel pampered.

I dont like that sequences are almost the same every time and instructors do not correct you, but I guess, it is a part of the brand concept.

So far enjoying it, especially, hot yoga and core restore.

Schedule flexibility

I did two classes at Pentagon City while visiting from Chicago. Both teachers were skilled, professional, caring and had excellent music. I’ll be visiting again in 2024!
