Great facility

It was very welcoming, clean, and the classes were a good size.

The new location is great. I really enjoyed the locker rooms - it had a ton of amenities. They were pristine. The studio space was great as well. It had blocks, straps, and mirrors to help allow visual adjustments in poses. The instructor was great as well, she created a great set of flow and provided the opportunity to practice inversions.

great schedule though wish there were more classes mid-morning. C2 in the afternoon could be a little later too (630?)

The classes are great and the parking is nice location wise. I wish there was a class between 4:00pm and 5:45pm though.

The staff at the studio was very helpful and nice. Also, the instructor led her class in a way that allowed more seasoned members to still be challenged but allowed new comers, like me, to learn and adjust the moves as necessary.

I like the message at the start and end of classes. We often get lost in our busy lives that we for forgot how to relax.

Great sweaty workout!

In the week I've gone to CP Pentagon City,I really like the instructors (sculpt and C2). I like the way the classes are small and intimate and the way the instructors talk through their practice. The facilities are also very clean.

I joined Pentagon City whoile down here for work. I have told all my coworkers and even a woman in the elevator at my hotel how great it is! I like the openness and friendliness of the instructors and the focus on the participants.

I love the cute little items to buy and the two studios are very nice. Most of all I love the multitude of choices for classes everyday! I love that there are many evening classes to choose from and the early classes that aren't too early. THe variety of classes on the weekends with morning, afternoon and early evening classes is also great. So far everyone at the desk has been friendly too.

Nice Facility

The staff is very friendly, answered all my questions and even gave me a tour of the studio while I waited for class to start. The class itself was a great pace and I look forward to coming back again.

I love the classes and atmosphere. The staff has been very friendly and I am looking forward to continuing classes at this studio. One little note is that the studios could be hotter since there are doors leading outside connected to the studios. Not sure there can be much done. Thank you so much and can't wait for class tonight!

Love the classes!!

The one thing is that the building is cheap / walls are really thin. I could hear people and music that were in the lobby throughout class, even though we had music playing throughout class (at a loud / reasonable volume). It's nothing that the instructors could change - it should be addressed with the building to add in more insulation since it was HIGHLY distracting from the full potential of the class... I heard people shouting in the lobby during Shavasana... just not good experience there.

Class times are convenient and many different types of classes offered daily.

The people and personalities that surround core power make it a place I love going to, once I get on the mat the rest of my day falls away.

The teachers are very helpful and the classes easily fit in my schedule.

I like the new studio- very clean and good location.
It would be great if an earlier morning class or more variety was offered in the morning. I have to be at work at 8am, so none of the AM options work for me.

The classes are challenging and a great workout. I do wish there were more time options for Yoga Sculpt.
