I've found that Burn is the best of its kind. No other studio challenges me like Burn. I love my five go-to instructors, and they go above and beyond to ensure every client has a positive experience. Burn is hard--there's no getting around it--but it's also one of the most supportive and encouraging environments in the fitness world. I've tried treadmill-based classes at other studios, and I'll never go back. Burn is the BEST, hands-down. I have brought friends who told me they would never take a treadmill-based class, and they each walked out feeling empowered and excited to come back. My favorite part about Burn is that, at least in classes I've taken there, anyone can do it. Every single person is pushed to do their best, but there's no humiliation or embarrassment if you can't run as fast as your neighbor. You receive the same encouragement whether you're running a 4.5 or a 12.5. I love Burn. I used to think I couldn't run. Just yesterday, I hit a 10.5. Burn has made me stronger and faster, and I'll be a loyal customer forever.
I got the perfect mix of music (yes, it was perfect) and push ( I felt like I needed to keep up) - and that's exactly what I needed. I have already recommended the class to others. My only concern is what will happen when I am able to keep up - but I am long way off from that right now. :-)

Kasseem is the best instructor at Burn 60, and I think in LA. His circuits are so challenging and always changing. He modifies the workout for everyone, whether they are looking to challenge themselves more or if they are nursing an injury. His energy is infectious and helps the class push through.

I like the hard workout I get in my one hour. The studio is clean and the front desk is friendly.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The studio was very clean. The instructor was friendly, encouraging and followed up by asking how I liked the class. Very thoughtful! Some places are snooty and unwelcoming. Not this studio. I will be back!

I love the studio, the simple sign in tablets, and honestly the people who come to the work out classes. Everyone is down to earth, willing to help, and the location could't be better. (Also, the view from the 2nd floor parking lot is amazing).
