I like the studio and the trainers. I would prefer to go to the Brentwood studio but they don't seem to offer any morning classes to Class Pass members. It's very disappointing.

Love this workout. It is different each time. it is challenging which for me is difficult because i am a fitness instructor and did crosfit for 5 years. I need a hard work out and this is it! love it!!

Focus on calisthenics and TRX opposed to lots of weights. Not being able to run slower than 7. Still sore 2 days later. In a good way.
