The TWC is a great place to have in our community. There is something for everyone whatever your age. A wide spectrum of activities and the exclusive roof top exercise space and wonderful sensory garden.
The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Relax with a coffee and a catch up with friends. It’s all there.

I like Copley very much indeed. I love the classes I attend and all the instructors. I particularly like Siobhan Batchelor zumba class on Mondays and Jade's zumba classes. Also Lizzie Sunday classes. In fact I'm never disappointed with anything there. Just one small point. The noise from over the dance room is scary. I'm surprised the ceiling hasn't come down. I understand this is from some classes from the upstairs gym. It's like a heavy banging noise. Other than that no problems.

Without exception everyone I ever come into contact with takes time out to say hi, everything is always clean or being cleaned, neat, tidy etc, in fact no. I give a 1 out of 10 please don’t come here, I don’t want it to get too busy!!! 😂
Lots of different choice of classes
This is a very friendly environment, staff are very helpful.
The staff are friendly and willing to help. I am bad with directions and the staff will take you to where you need to be.
If you are in the gym and you are doing it wrong, staff would stop what they are doing to show you the correct way.

Gym equipment impressive. Light, airy environment. Background music not too loud or intrusive. Gym induction very good.
The convenience. However locks on the swimming pool changing room need attention. A loose one came open as I was showering on Tuesday morning, not good on a mixed gender facility.

Unfortunately the finger system has never worked for me despite various investigations.
However I am impressed by the helpfulness of receptionist staff to ensure I do not get many black marks!!
All the staff are friendly and helpful. The centre is clean. The app straight forward to use and information on there just what you need. Classes cater for everyone and at different times to suit all.
The gym is well equipped, the pool is lovely and big. Lots of classes to choose from and all the staff are very helpful xx
