I really enjoy Janet Massey's pilates classes on Friday mornings and go to them on the recommendation of my GP, however it is often a struggle to get on the classes as they are so much in demand. All the spaces get booked up in the first 30 seconds of them being released. This is the only class I can go to due to work, so it would be great if there was a new earlier class before the 9.15am one so more people can book on. Cathyann Phillip's classes are also great when she covers for Janet. They are both excellent pilates instructors.

Great lane swimming facility. Very clean and tidy with friendly staff. Easy access to the pool for people with mobility issues.
Good staff and very clean and organised very helpfull
The facility is brilliant. But I think the pending changes to the car park payment are far from ideal, other gyms offer free parking. Someone visiting 3 times a week will see the cost of the gym going up by £12 a month.
I think the council need to reassess their thinking on this

It’s a great gym it’s very clean and the staff are always on hand to help even with the smallest of things, especially S… and D… They are an asset to the company, They always offer great advice and nothing is to much trouble

Very clean, easy access to the Wellness Centre. The gym has good quality easy to use equipment. There are a good amount of free car parking spaces.
The staff are very polite and helpful and are always on hand if you have any questions.

I love the classes the staff are always friendly & informative about any issues that I may rise.. also love the free parking when I have to rush from work to my class & then I can not worry about fumbling for change to pay for the parking
the staff are amazing and I live the tai chi class. everyone is so friendly
