Facilities are excellent
I just tend to go to Ashton for the aqua aerobics classes or just for a swim and the pool is much better these days - the water used to be freezing cold, to the point where I used to get cramp because it was so cold. I've not had that problem at all since we came out of lockdown as the water is a good temperature.
The only problem I find these days is the shortage of lockers - there may be keys in a lot of them but there is nothing with which to either attach them to your costume or put them around your wrist while in the pool.
The variety and flexibility of the services available coupled with values for money.

The staff are always really friendly at Active Hyde.. inc reception and cleaning staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome.
Some of the Live Active classes I used to attend have sadly stopped (Cardio/strength and shape). I feel that there is a level of classes missing.. the normal classes feel too extreme but some Live Active ones are too easy. Interim classes would be amazing.

The classes are available at a time to suit me. The reception area is relaxing to meet friends. The one problem is that I never received the £25 on my choice card when I introduced my friend to the Denton centre in Dec 2022. That's 4 months gone. Every I spoke to the young girls on the desk they said that they will sort it at be didn't. Can you pass this information on to the Highest Manager. Regards Pat
Friendly ,clean and welcoming environment
Pilates coach is excellent, very inclusive. Adapts to needs of all and is always positive in feedback and engaging with the class. Outstanding really. (Gaynor is the coach).

It's a lovely welcoming place, friendly receptionist lovely facilities enjoyed the class we went to it was my first class and I will be coming back, I've used the pool that is the best one in the Tameside area.
It’s been few years I’ve been able 2 go out due to illness & & having full hip replacement with my sister coming with me I’ve found that all classes I’ve been 2 have been good & I’ve been using gym with a recovery plan off physio it’s making me feel better in myself

Staff are lovely at front desk, love the classes & the free parking with the cost of living this does have an impact on my visits to other sites
