-Mark S provides great sales, service, and after sales service for our site at Michelin. He is very responsive to our needs and demands.
-Travis M provides great information on repairs and answers questions quickly.
-The quality of repairs have gone down though. It is understandable with Covid. When we receive the repaired cylinders. They are still dirty, partially painted. Threads on rod ends still filled with junk and debris. This gives an uneasy feeling for the quality of work being done on the inside of the cylinders.
This is a recent issue. In the past, they were always presented in almost like new conditions after repairs. I was going to bring this issue to our sales rep, but the survey came first. Thank you.

When I walked into the store with my job site problems they immediately began to source parts that I needed and had them delivered to the store asap. They could have just said, we don’t carry that and moved on with their day but chose to take up the challenge and find a solution for my broken equipment.It was amazing,,thank you!

The faculty is all so friendly and very knowledgeable about all the hydraulic parts and questions you may have. If they don't have it they will find what your looking for. And most of the time by the next day parts are there.
