I spoke with one of your managers in regards to a major issue and he called me to deal with it right away , which turned out to be a win win for everyone.

Internal sales people have also been extremely helpful as well.

Always get prompt quotes from Joey Buhrkuhl and any alternative solutions. This type of help is becoming ever more rare. Someone that problem solves and comes up with solutions is always a massive help and an asset to me as well as your company. Thanks for the help.

I was working in Brookhaven from out of town and had some hydraulic issue with my machine. Less then 24 hours I had my machine back working thanks to joesph and hunter at the shop in Brookhaven. I live in Jackson ms and we are going to bring all our machine hour down the road because we loved the service .

I cannot remember the name of the guy at the counter in the Norcross location, but I will tell you that he goes above and beyond to find solutions to help you. He even helped me find what I was looking for from another vendor. Most of the time, people will not go beyond that, and I think that is very commendable. He is great example of what an outstanding employee should be, one that goes above and beyond to take care of the customer.

Working with Veronica to order spare parts is always as easy as sending an email and it is always a pleasure to work with her. Steve Thomas is great to work with when setting us services and lets us know availability as soon as he can. Both Scott's in the service department do great work when scheduled for service calls.
