My part I had ordered was no longer available. I received email correspondence from Hydrazine with the new replacement part number, and the updated additional costs. I then placed my order and everything ship in a few days. Excellent costumer service!

Have used this company for parts to get customer units back on the road as soon as possible.
Sales reps are very knowledgeable. They seem to be a team that is easy to work with and I plan on utilizing them for next PTO/hydraulic pump part needs.

The guys at hydradyne were great and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to help me find an odd sized british pipe fitting. I would definitely recommend anybody needing help in this field to come and see the guys here, if they do not have it on hand they will certainly find it and get it ordered for you. I personally worked with serviced representative, Eric Hankins, who was amazing to work with. Mr. Hankins went above and beyond to help me find the fittings I needed, not only did he find them but got them to me quickly (the next day) and for a great price as well. Overall my experience was great.

The ladies at the service desk were able to fix for me what 15 other specialty shops in the OKC metro were not. I needed a valve that was made in 1981 Japan. It was a British Parallel Thread to American Pipe Thread, so being that those are obviously not commonly available, and special order from the manufacturer only (Hitachi) the proceeds to build me one. Fantastic job ladies!! Thank you again.

Great company but asked for overnight shipping, but part was shipped to the wrong location so we did not get our parts when we needed them. After parts were received we were able to complete our repair and move forward with our scheduled work.
