Our tech Serge was extremely friendly, he explained extra cleaning that would be helpful because we have 3 dogs, but he wasn’t pushy. He was very polite . If /when I need Zerorez again I’ll request he be our tech .

The technician was prompt and very professional. He explained the process and even showed me how much dirt he was able to get out of the rug. The carpet in the bedroom and our rugs look new again!

Service went smoothly, pleased with the results of upholstery cleaning on some heavily stained light colored furniture

They were absolutely amazing! I was worried about getting my carpets cleaned on such short notice and they were able to exceed my expectations! When I went online the next available appointment was after I moved in to my new house but they reached out and were able to get me in within 2 days! Plus the guy that was assigned to me was so nice and helpful! I will definitely be using this company again.

Polite. Punctual and the did a fantastic job!

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleaning process, the minimum amount of time taken, no smells in the air and the couch looks like it did new perched new!!! The same day, I called my sister and a dear friend, exclaiming the expert job Zerorez did. My friend, Rita Stanley will be calling you.

Thank you for making a novel machine that works beautifully and does not harm the environment!
