Your techs were pleasant and took care of the job quickly. The carpets look wonderful--they removed all the spots--but there's a lingering odor that needs to be addressed.

I've called and made an appointment for next week to get this taken care of.

Thank you!

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable on carpet cleaning techniques. They show on time to your home. Carpet looks great after work is completed.

The cleaning was of my couch, chair and ottoman was very easy to have done. It was easy and quick to schedule online.
Mike answered all my questions patiently, and gave me other important information about drying time, etc.
I did opt for the extra stain treatment application, but I never felt pressured to purchase it.
I love the way my furniture feels. I, also, appreciate the safety of the process for pets.
I will definitely use Zerorez Austin again.

Steve was very informative and polite. Great job, everything looked amazing thanks to him.

I really think you have great technicians. I’m happy my carpets look great. I used another local company for many years but they raised their prices so much I searched for a more reasonable company that does great work and I have found it with zerorez.

The gentlemen that came was extremely professional and needs a raise. Did not try to upsell just educate me on all the services. Because of him I will recommend Zerorez

Good service but the tech told me the price then changed it of course it wasn’t the price quote when I called in, if you’re service is good you don’t have to be dishonest

1. Your personnel are always very professional, polite, competent, & presentable in their dress and mannerisms.
2. I am a huge fan of the water and chemical free process.
3. Your team is very accommodating in scheduling even in a short notice situation.
