You do not use heavy shampoo. You use just hot steaming water.

Always like your cleaning services but I will say this time they forgot to clean my master closet and when I asked them if they had done it, they said yes, but they had not. A little disappointed there.

I was surprised that only one person showed up, but he (Stephan) worked hard and was quick too. Any stains are gone and the carpet looks good (for it's age). I also appreciated that he demo'd the tile/grout sealing and gave me a quote.

The tech (Jeremy) made it a very pleasant experience. He was so professional, kind, and courteous of our things. He also pointed out spots or places where it didn’t come as clean as one would hope and explained perhaps why and what he tried. Floors came out looking good!
