Zerorez has been so great. We’ve had them out three times now for carpet cleaning. Each time the technician was friendly and hard working. The first time they came, they were able to get out red candle wax that had been on the carpet for months and months. This last time he was able to get out rust that had been there for just under a year!!! We only use Zerorez

We had Zerorez Austin come in and do carpets and Ducts. Awesome job. I highly recommend them.

This is the first time we've used Zerorez Austin and we are very pleased with the results. Kyle was very friendly and explained exactly what the process would be. Our carpets look great! And they dried quickly. We also had our kitchen and primary bathroom tile cleaned. They look like new again and were immediately dry to walk on. Thanks for the great job! We will definitely schedule Zerorez Austin, again, the next time we need carpets and tile cleaned.

When I left a message I got a very quick return phone call and there were appointments available very soon. Did not have to wait weeks and weeks for an opening.

easy to schedule service online, showed up on time, driver called in advance to let me know they were on their way, items appeared clean at the end of the service. It was decided that area rug needed to be taken to shop for a "bathing" process. Haven't received the rug back yet (expect with two weeks). So far I am pleased with the service.
