The 2 service providers called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived at the time I had scheduled. The providers were courteous and professional. They pre-treated several heavily soiled areas and stains. We were very pleased with how clean the carpet were when the job was finished. The carpet look almost new.

Our technician, Michael showed up early and was amazing! He went above and beyond addressing our situation. We had mold in our ductwork and he spent so much time helping us solve the issue and address it in the future. Thank you Michael and ZeroRez!
