Yes, the grout & carpet came SOOOOOO clean. Because of the special water and whatever other cleaners and/or methods are used. The machine used to do the grout was amazing! A WAY better result than the company we used a handful of years ago. yaay!
BUT we have to say... Colby was remarkable. You could TELL he enjoys his job and strives to do the very best. It was obvious he was not 'just there for the paycheck'. He would be a great trainer for others coming on with the ZR team. I wish *I* had 10 employees like him. Not only would we recommend Zero Rez, but we would recommend Colby personally as well.
