I like your timeliness and the cleanness of the carpet.

I was very disappointed in your visit this week.

1. I had called and asked to change the time from 8am to the afternoon on Monday. The person on the phone confirmed the change but it did not actually happen.

2. There was an email coupon to get a discount using code "Friends 10". I tried to use this code and it was not applied to my bill. I even called the Austin office and was told the manager would get back to me but he/she has not done that.

The carpet is clean and looks good, I am disappointed in the office follow through.

I thought seeing this is just looks like everybody else’s cleaning stuff boy was I wrong year all of the furniture turned out to be absolutely beautiful and one was so filthy. I never ever thought it would ever come clean and the others his I will be telling all of my friends and even strangers about how great your product is
