Carpet cleaning appears awesome!! Grout/tile cleaning ok and major improvement but fell lil short or my expectations were set too high. i should not complain given starting point but did drag in some mud that i think missed.

The teams (Air duct and carpet cleaning) are great. The pay must be good. :-) Very professional and knowing what are they doing. No short cuts, did a wonderfull jobs! The price is little bit high tho. I would like to say it's about at least 2 - 3 times higher than the other guys.
I will hire you guys again, hopefully, I will have a big discount. :-D

Once dried the carpet is looking very good. Zerorez did better than the last carpet cleaning company that cleaned our carpets.
My tech showed up on time and did a good job. Sam was polite and conscientious, if I asked him to give an area more attention he did. My carpets dried out nicely and there was no stickly residue left.
It works. I got a clean couch. And they look like new. Absolutely love the product
