Stephen called as promised when he was on his way to our home, so we knew the cleaning was going to be done at the time we had requested. He was very good at explaining how the Zerorez products work. He gave demonstrations and explanations for cleaning pet stains, and the carpet was beautifully clean when he finished. The whole house seemed so much cleaner.

Stephen also gave us a demonstration of grout cleaning around dirty kitchen tile. It was amazing how much cleaning he got done in a very short time! We are going to have him come back for that project next.

Zerorez promised that their equipment lifts more water from the rug, resulting in a faster drying carpet. Our carpet was dry to the touch in just a few hours, and when we moved furniture into the room the next morning, we were confident there were no damp spots anywhere to worry about.

We had a great experience with Zerorez, and will use them again and recommend them to our friends.

My carpet was so dirty that I was embarrassed to have company over. After Zerorez cleaning, they look brand new.

Jordan was outstanding. Service was great except for 1 stubborn spot that needs more work on the stairs. I would definitely use your service again for carpet and tile cleaning however I felt like I greatly overpaid for the granite sealing and regret that.

Was pleasantly surprised by Zerorez, I have had some bad experiences with carpet cleaners. Zerorez was extremely fast, very courteous and my carpets , area rugs and tile grout looked just like new! I was also very impressed at how fresh it made my house smell. One service person in and out in less than three hours...my house is not small so that was something! The technician recommended a new carpet product and the next day I could see and tell the difference the product made on the carpet. The product was a bit expensive but well worth it. He also did a very thorough job on all carpets. Very professional, on time, and knowledgeable.
