Really cleans your carpets. The technician was very thorough and did a great job. Now if I can keep dirty shoes off the carpet.

It took hours longer than the first time I had service ( originally with Paul) for the rugs
to dry. Next time i would like more water taken out of the rugs.

We heard about Zerorez on KXAN's 512 program and called because their cleaning process does not use a lot of chemicals and would be safe for our grandchildren. Ali and Sam arrived on time and were very professional listening to what we wanted cleaned and quoted a fair price on the job. Our carpet looks great and smells fresh. We will give Zerorez a good recommendation and will call them again because of the excellent service Ali and Sam gave us.
