Carpet looked almost brand new after cleaning at a reasonable price. Technicians were also friendly and engaging and answered all of my questions very clearly and thoroughly.

I appreciate the cleaning task you did on my carpets. The first attempt was not as good as expected by the tech. He felt that the machine had an issue and immediately stated so to me. He also said that he would send someone else to retreat my carpets and made arrangements for that to be done on the following day. Both men that came out were very personable and professional.

The fact that I did not need to say that the first try did not make much difference in the appearance of my carpets was amazing. No hassle. The tech took it upon himself to say that the task needed to be redone and got it completed in a schedule that worked for me.

I will gladly reuse the company and have all ready given their name and a good report to friends.

Zerorez cleaning seems to last a lot longer than other carpet cleaning services I have used before.

I really liked the cleaning method for both carpet and tile. I plan to call again in a few months for another cleaning.

It was an amazing experience! Our couches, rugs and tile look like new! Beau was amazing!

The tech did a great job. He used a new product that really helped get rid of the smell where my dogs keep peeing on my tile floor. My brother has a sensitive nose said he couldn’t smell anything. Plus my floors looked great!
