Cleaning took less than 30 minutes and after it dried areas where time was taken to get heavy dirt out looked better than areas that were done fast

I have only ever used Zero since I lived at 4612; have always been completely satisfied with end results and personnel. I am not satisfied with end result this time and do not feel your tech was your normal high standard. I will be calling on Monday to discuss and will be requesting someone come back to redo some areas. With this being said and whatever I say when I talk with your office staff, I will continue to refer to Zero as I do believe this was not your normal.
