Zerorez did an excellent job of cleaning our stairs. Our dog was inside and got sick on several of the stairs. I couldn't get the stains to come out at all. But, they were able to pre-treat the stairs and get the stains out. The stairs looked great.
Very professional in all aspects of job . Schedule was perfect. They cleaned 10,000 sq occupied and the facility was open 24 hrs and did not interfere with customers . 100% pleased !!!!!

My suggestion.. Put guards under furniture legs to protect furniture, leave extra ones for lighter furniture the home owner has moved.

Bo, my technician was really helpful and friendly. My tile grout looks like the day it was installed 8 years ago. Basically an awesome "contained" power washing system. Recommended by Todd and Don from KLBJ. It wasn't super cheap but WELL worth it !!!!!
