I like many things about Zerorez:
1) It was easy to call and set up an appointment with a real person. The girl I spoke to was friendly and helpful.
2) I was able to get a technician out within the week.
3) The technician, Jose, was very friendly and professional.
4) Lastly, the cost is very reasonable.
5) This is the third time I have used Zerorez, and each time has been a good experience.
Great company!! I had a mom brain moment and thought my appointment was a week earlier than the original scheduled appointment. I moved all the toys and such out of the rooms only to realize it was the wrong day. I called to see if they had a last minute opening and jackpot they did. The woman on the phone was great, Kyle my technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and the carpet and tile look amazing. I can feel the difference when walking on the carpet. The cleaner system itself is really good - it leaves my carpet soft and not stiff. I had a dip poop spot on my brand new carpet. It was cleaned twice - due to wicking - and is absolutely gone. Staff is always careful when bringing the hoses in snd makes sure everything is as it should when leaving. Pricing very reasonable. Deby Bell
Your product does not leave wet water spots on the carpet. It does not take all day to be able to access that area in your home. Great product and process and excellent professional staff.
