Customer service was great, the tech was profesional and did his job very well. My husband and I are very satisfied with the results. Our carpet looks so good. We had an emergency to tend to last minute and could not be home for the clean and the team was very flexible and accommodating, I will definitely be using this company again and recommending them to my friends and family.

Bob Cole
These guys are freaking AMAZING. Not only did Brad come out and do a custom pet treatment, stain removals, two rooms and a large area rug on a Saturday.. he actually brought my carpet back to life. After having stanley steamer come out a few weeks prior, some stains were still visible and the carpet remained matted up in high traffic areas after they left.
Brad was the consummate professional, answered my questions by demonstrating and proceeded to remove pet accidents and ALL related odors. Finally he took his time and did a very thorough job cleaning & he took out every stain and restored my 2 yo carpet to brand new condition - all for a very reasonable price. On a scale of 1-10, I give these guys a 12 or 13!
I will be using this team for all my cleaning needs in the future. Thanks Brad, you were awesome!
