The cleaning tech arrived ahead of schedule. He was cheerful, and an excellent communicator. I understood exactly what he was doing. He finished two rooms and several area rugs very quickly, but I could see he was taking extra care with problem spots.
The cleaning products used dried almost completely in about 4 hours. The colors of the area rugs were brighter, and the improvement in the general look and feel of the house was well worth the cost. There were no lingering odors, just a sense of fresher air.

As a repeat customer, we have always been happy with the service and outcome. Our technician comes out to clean the carpets and our travertine tiles at least once a year. Our guy is awesome and extremely courteous.

I love my pets, they are my family. But sometimes they are naughty and/or have poor manners. Recently, my dog lost all of his manners and decided it was okay to pee in the bed while we were all asleep.
When I woke up to discover this, needless to say I was not the happiest person. This was in the middle of the night on a Saturday/Sunday. I immediately looked up the number to Zerorez and called them, knowing full well I was going to get a recording. I left a message stating this was a full on code red emergency! After all, who sleeps in a bed full of dog urine?!?! Just yuck!
Zerorez called back early on Monday morning and was able to squeeze me on a Wednesday (their website said they were booked up until Saturday). I was so thankful and grateful!
My husband, our baby and myself stayed camped out in our daughters bedroom until the bed was cleaned. When the gentlemen arrived, they were so kind and generous and understanding to what happened. They didn’t judge us on our dog peeing in our bed. They didn’t judge us on our nasty floors either. I was embarrassed about our floors as well. Our vacuum had just broken we hadn’t replaced it yet. They were kind enough to vacuum our floors as well even though that wasn’t part of the service they had been called out to do. I just can’t thank them enough! Awesome company and more importantly awesome people!

The stains that you take out stay out, they do not come back after a couple of months. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaners I will use.
