Sonia and Portia greeted us Americans like we were regulars(except the accent of course)! The class was fun and challenging, plus it was exactly what we needed in the middle of our holiday. We even got a great rec to eat at a nearby place to round out our morning. We will be back next time we're in Sydney !

Highly intensive, intervals, heart rate monitor and tracking of calories etc
I loved every thing about OT! The workout was just right & challenging & monitoring gave me an idea of what I was capable of & how far I could push my self. Capacity was good.. I don't like when it's too crowded! Wish there was more space between the rowing machines though..Ben & Jess were very good instructors! All the best!
It's different every time, it challenges you against you, it monitors when to push hard and when to ease off. Great instructors that are always approachable for any advice whether it is stretching, alternative exercise or diet. Great back up staff that always remember your name and are always so helpful. Orange fitness makes you feel part of something rather than some nameless face. Highly recommend it anyone of any level of fitness.
It not only gives you a cardio workout but with the floor work you also tone up too. I also like that the instructors give you options so if there is something you can't do there is always an alternative.
Orange Theory pushes me harder in a group workout than any other I've tried.

The variations...no 2 workouts are the same...orange theory always mixes it up. Also the instruction is very focused and personal.
The people that work there. From the front desk to the trainers. All are very friendly. The trainers are good for banter yet still push you to your limits

Trainers are amazing.
It's different each time and the trainers are so amazing! They pay attention, keep me accountable and help whenever I need it. I look forward to each of my sessions with Sonia, Ben and Kunal :) the reception staff are also amazing! I've had a gazillion issues with the pods but Chenneille and Matt have been determined and nutted it out! And both of them are always switched on and full of amazing advice!
I love the mix of cardio and strength. It's a total body workout, and I work harder in your classes than at other gyms!
I like that OTF workouts change every time. I walk out of every workout feeling like I've gotten a full body workout. Plus, the instructors are friendly and ensure you are motivated and in good form throughout the class.
