I really enjoyed how challenging the workout was for me, and how the trainer was firm yet encouraging and even did a few moves with the class. I really enjoyed this more intense take on Pilates and will definitely be back.

Danny is an amazing instructor and I love Sally as well. I have been to many Lagree classes and the workouts NEVER get easier, which is what I look for. I want my body to be constantly challenged and see results. I feel myself getting stronger and my transitions are quicker, but I am always sore 1-2 days afterwards

I love your instructor Erin, her classes are challenging and inspiring! Great machines and class layout, location! Price is on the high end compared to other pilates classes in the area, but worth the money for a class with Erin! I wouldn’t pay for more then two classes a week because the price is so high.
