The entire experience was exceptional. Although I regret not recalling the instructor's name, her performance was outstanding. She dedicated time to ensure each participant executed movements correctly and demonstrated remarkable patience. Her class, while challenging, was simultaneously excellent. I eagerly anticipate my return.

Leah Metz is an absolute rockstar. She’s thoughtful, clear and creates a welcoming atmosphere all while pushing you to the limit. I’d recommend her and Studio Lagree to anyone who wants a challenge and is motivated to learn more about what their own bodies can do.

The friendly staff, when you walk in. The clean environment and awesome selection of classes. Most importantly I love Sarah as a teacher, she is clear in her instructions, helpful always, giving you alternatives if necessary, funny and just an all round lovely instructor!!
