Lagree is hands down the best pilates method. One 50 minute class targets every area I would otherwise focus on independently in a gym or alt. class setting. I've been to each Studio Lagree location in the city and all are fantastic. Every studio in cleanly, instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, & they offer plenty of class times to accommodate all schedules.
Hannah was fabulous!! She had great queuing and helped everyone stay motivated throughout the workout. I also loved the cardio bursts incorporated throughout. She had a killer flow - its been two days and my glutes are still sore!! I've been doing lagree for a while in Dallas where I live and i felt like i wasn't getting as sore anymore since i'm getting accustomed to the workout, but it felt good to be super sore again! When I'm back in Chicago, I will be returning!!

Great workout and have seen results quickly. Recently, there has been a wider range of instructors on the schedule, which can be good and frustrating. Would like to go to my favorites more often but understand why they do it.

The instructor was very effective, knowledgable and helpful to me. This was my first time ever on a reformer machine and she made me feel very comfortable and supported. And it was a great workout!
