I find Studio Lagree to be a very empowering and safe space. The instructors are very attentive and supportive, and the music is always on point. I've been doing Lagree for about 5 years now and its the longest I have stuck with one particular workout; I don't see myself tiring of it any time soon and I have recommended it to any one I know looking to get in a good workout in an environment that feels welcoming and not intimidating.

My first time at Studio Lagree and it was amazing experience!! The instructor Erin was amazing she was very helpful in making sure your had proper form. She also ensured that you are comfortable and BREATHING through the workout!!!

My favorite part about the M3 fusion class is the fact that it is low impact but still very effective. The next day I’m sore from head to toe but I wasn’t bouncing around, damaging my joints, etc. I love this class!
It was a great & tough work out!
I was intimidated and putting off trying it. Met Irina outside of the studio and took it as a sign to go. I had a blast! it was challenging but i left feeling strong and proud of myself. i will definitely be back!!!
Every staff member was so friendly, and called me by name. The woman at the front desk was lovely and the instructor was fantastic and so approachable.

The instructor, Kate was very energetic and helpful also I liked the intensity of the class which will be reflected on my body as a result!
