Instructors are always positive- they are encouraging, help me ensure my form is good and safe, and don’t shame the group if we need to modify or take a quick break. I always look forward to classes because everyone brings such good energy.

This form of exercise is terrific as you are able to work through the sequence at your pace/strength. It’s a challenging workout but not tough on the joints/bones. All the instructors are helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Love it.
