This is one of the best workouts I’ve ever done. I have a difficult time targeting and feeling certain muscle groups and this workout succeeds in that. I have only gone to Amber Main’s classes and she is very encouraging and accepting of all ability levels.

What do you like about our services?

It is a great workout and that's what makes it worthwhile and that's where I see the value in it, although it is more expensive than a lot of other types of classes.
