What I don’t like: the 12hr cancellation, which essentially means the day before if taking an evening class. Some gyms in Toronto have started moving towards a 3hr cancellation window (ie. skullhouse). I understand the business model relies on this cancellation policy (and it’s also a great way to motivate people to get to the gym), but lagree targets busy professionals, sometimes there’s work commitments/illnesses that pop up a few hours before, so even changing the cancellation policy to 6hrs would be of great benefit. This would not change how often I visit lagree, but would increase my satisfaction with them.
Very friendly and motivating
Leila is amazing. I really enjoy her Thursday morning class. She provides clear instructions and corrections when necessary. Her workout routine works all parts of my body and I leave feeling challenged. Thanks

I like the instructors. They are awesome.
There is one thing about Lagree that has been bugging me lately. The lockers are either broken or all taken even a class has only a few people in them. Do you check them at the end of the day to make sure they have been cleared out.

I’ve been training with personal trainers for 25plus years I have very rarely experienced what you get out of an hour training at Lagree . Very personal and well educated professional staff. I would highly recommend it to any individual regardless of their shape condition.

I enjoy taking Jeffery and Jamie’s classes they are both such different coaches but I love both their styles. I’ve been coming for almost a year now roughly twice a week and my mind and body have both changed for the better. I will continue to go twice a week in 2020 for sure and always recommend lagree
