Jillian is an outstanding instructor! With her thoughtfully curated routines, clear cues, great music and proper guidance. If you're a beginner she takes the time to ensure you understand the movement and have proper form - if you're experienced she provides you with effective deepening cues and variations.

The classes are challenging even after a year of taking them consistently. The instructors are friendly and keep the class moving at a great pace. The workouts are always changing and never get boring.
I like the classes and how well everyone teaches. It doesn’t even matter who teaches, you’ll get an awesome workout.
