Friendly atmosphere good instructors

Amazing class always .

The gentleman that taught my HPF class was incredible. I couldn't really hear him at the start, but that went away and then he crushed it. I loved his pace and he really went above and beyond. I had not ever been to this studio, and he is the reason I will be back. He did gentle appropriate touch for some poses and he gave me an amethyst rock and a funny yoga postcard at the end of class. The guitarist was a very special touch for shavasana. I just loved it! The extras did not go unnoticed, and I cannot wait to see what little treats he has for me next time!!

I only wish the Point Loma studio had a cosmetic update as far as the carpet- it’s always wet and pretty gross - it would be nice to replace with a hard surface for sanitary purposes

I love the serenity, detachment, i find peace & harmony with in core power. First my body, then my mind calms leading to unity in my soul! Playlist is spiritually lifting and the shared experience with other’s is harmonious! Bliss

David is advanced & very knowledgeable. Hot yoga is no joke. I haven’t done it in 18 years & it’s a workout. Was nice to be with friends for my 2nd experience.

The hot room and friendly staff

Jez is genuinely lovely. Yesterday was a small class so she tailored it to our needs turning off the heat when we were all struggling and encouraging everyone with challenging poses. Her flow was fun and different and the music was beautiful.
