The C2 classes are more challenging and interesting with lots of variety. In some studios the C2s are not much different than the C1s.

I like the class

Great workout! C2 at 9:30, Tues/ Thurs is like therapy for my body and soul.

I have been a part of Core Power Yoga, for about 6 years, I follow my favorite instructors. I fall in and out of my patterns but know when I need to go back......I know my favorite Yoga instructors will be there. Beth, was one I had the privilege of coming back to, on Tuesday, C-2 class. Always appreciate your loyal instructors, they are the "backbone" to loyal customers!!!
