There is one class I never miss it's a C2 on Saturday morning taught by Rene. No matter what mood you show up in after an hour of her yoga class you will leave recharged and ready to take on the world. Her kind and loving words come from the heart and not a book.
Oh, and I almost forgot the little notes she passes out at the end of class. It's a reminder of her theme of the class she taught that you can take with you once you leave the studio.

Tabu Lanier is one of the best fitness instructors I have ever had. His sculpt and C2 and C3 classes are AMAZING. You genuinely get a real hard workout in. I love that he is there most of the week teaching classes that I can actually attend after work. Other great instructors that I love include Amanda Burns, Laura Mo, Jenny Dr., Meli, and Oriana.

I love that instructors provide support and feedback by name during class. It makes me feel like they care enough to take the time to remember our names and faces as much as we do when we come to our mat. I also love the diversity of yogis and instructors that yoga brings together. Blissful
