Everyone is so nice and if there is an issue with membership or an inability to retain it b/c of injury, surgery, or life happening, you work with the member to come up with a solution that works for them.
Everyone at this studio is friendly and helpful. It can be intimidating to go to yoga classes when you are not as advanced in your practice as others, but the instructors at all of your locations make you feel comfortable and not judged.

Great classes and environment
Great instructors, and studio is always clean. The only part I don't love is the parking lot. It is always filthy, lots of garbage on the ground, and the credit card payment system takes way too long.
