I really enjoyed the class with Erin J! Her cues were great, and I felt challenged to do the binds, which I tend just to skip :). Loved the heat and humidity. Overall it was a great practice and sweat!
I love some of the yoga instructors and that you have a nice variety of clothing to choose from.

The teachers are well trained; the facility is nice and well maintained; friendly staff I like the emphasis on only going halfway down when doing a chaturanga push up. I also like the cues so I know what pose is coming next.

Passionate teachers
The community downtown is a wonderful environment, Classes are typically filled as well making it more motivating to work and know that others around you are there to do the same. The times of classes typically align with the workday as well so it is nice to have that option if you live or work downtown. There are also a wide variety of classes that make the schedule a good one, and even during bootcamp nothing has to be cancelled for morning classes which is great!
I think the people provide a great experience and the classes are challenging. The people are actively involved in the clients' lives and get to know them on a very personal level.

The yoga instructor Kevin Blair is AMAZING, the best I have yet to ever take from CPY and the vibe of the classroom downtown is very young and upbeat.
