The people!
I love the wide availability of class times and locations within the city. Each instructor brings something different to the practice.. I find that I am challenged in different ways with the class types offered; for example sculpt classes are high energy and really get my heart going, whereas hot classes challenge my focus and breathing. no matter the class, Corepower works well for me because I find that I am motivated by a classroom/ practice environment and the energy from the instructors.
