CPY instructors are well trained, welcoming, encouraging.
Facilities are maintained in great standards.
There are mats, towels, and water for those unexpected times you forget yours or get time to drop in to a class.
Also there are items for sale such as clothing, mats, bags, jewelry etc

The instructors are awesome. Molly Mc, Michael M, Molly G especially but really everyone I've met there is outstanding. They are fun, friendly, helpful, play good music, set a beautiful tone for practice, and are generally just the best yoga guides in the city.

Studio is always clean and friendly. Although I do not know anyone at the studio I am confortable to come in anytime. Most of the teachers are very good including Bre, Kelly A, and Monica St. They all create a warm and challenging teaching style and have wonderful personalities.The large yoga room facing Washington Ave is the best place to practice......lots of character, space and light.

I love yoga sculpt class in general. I had not been to a class at Core Power yoga since I last did Teacher Training at SLP a few years ago and was living north of the cities so I went to a different studio closer to home. I recently moved to SLP and decided to sign up for a membership and I love Kevin Bs yoga sculpt class, he is amazing! I remember taking his class during my training and I had to go and will continue to take his class. I went there Tuesday to sign up for a membership and I told them I had practiced here before and was planning on doing the Black Tag membership, the gentleman at the front desk (wasn't Kevin cause I was there to take his class) but he looked up my info and said,you know what, I'm going to give you two weeks free with buddy passes and I was thrilled! I was not expecting that at all! I truly appreciated it and made me feel welcomed coming back to CorePower yoga! I will definitely be coming to the downtown studio more! ALL the teachers there are amazing and are very friendly. Thank you again, I truly appreciate that. I have never gotten that nice of service as a customer and I use to work in customer service! And you guys there were awesome; thank you for treating your clients right, not that I was expecting to get two free weeks at all, it was a total bonus and I am happy! THANK YOU AGAIN :)

I love the Downtown studio space -- open, full of light. I like many of the teachers as well and the schedule works well for me.
