Amazing class. Sunday HPF is one of my favorites. The instructor really embraced the small class. Gave helpful cues and I liked how she tweaked some poses to match the sunday candlelit flow better. Will be returning.
I love the energy and excitement of full classes and encouraging instructors. I love how engaging classes are. The room size, heating, and locker rooms are great, too.

I love the Grant studio. It doesnt get way too hot like the Lohi studio and i think the rooms are a good size. I do like the teachers a lot. My only complaint is parking is tough around there!
It was my first time partaking in an organized yoga session, and I absolutely loved it. The leader was very nice and made it easy for all levels to get a good session in.
Super positive environment, Instructor was upbeat and inspiring as well as giving clear cues and options. Had a great class!

The location. But mostly the teachers. Marta is fabulous and is one of the main reasons I’ve stuck with yoga over the years. The only thing I wish there were would be more classes (like at 9:00 — hint, hint…)

I liked many of the teachers at the Grant studio. I also liked both rooms - I thought both spaces held great atmosphere for classes.

The instructors…… I love yoga sculpt! I’m a yoga sculpt junkie! I love the yoga in the class, the energy in the class, the added weights in the class and the stretching! I also love the calm and peace it brings to my day!
